Assessments for
"A" List status will be
held on a quarterly basis at the
Union Hall.
Below are
the scheduled dates & times:
Friday - Nov 4, 2011 - 9:00 a.m.
Friday - Feb 3, 2012 - 9:00 a.m.
Friday - May 4, 2012 - 9:00 a.m.
Only "C"
List members with 4000 or more hours worked
are eligible to take these assessments. Please
contact the Union Hall's business office at 420-4581 --
at
LEAST one (1) week PRIOR
to the assessment to obtain the total hours you have
worked AND to reserve a spot for the assessment.

Deduction Money
Once a month your employer will send your credit union money
(and other fringe benefits) directly
to Zenith Administrators. Zenith will send
it to Monad Credit
Union OR Numerica Credit Union for deposit into your bank
account (usually during the last week
of each month).
