Change to Prescription Pharmacy Manager -
Effective 10/01/2011

• Your current insurance/prescription I.D. card will no longer be valid as of 10/1/11.  You will be required to show your new card to your pharmacy to purchase prescriptions. New cards will be received the last week in Sept.
   

• Most Tri-City Pharmacies are in the new Pharmacy Network:
   (Walgreens, Rite-aid, Sav-on, Fred Meyer, Densow's, Target, Cork's, to name a few)
   

• Mail Order Prescriptions - please refer to the detailed letter sent to you and/or the above telephone number.
   

• Specialty Drugs & injectables (except insulin) will be handled through AscendSpecialtyRx.  These prescriptions will be sent DIRECTLY to your home or doctor's office.  You will NO LONGER be able to purchase these drugs at your local retail pharmacies.  Call 1-800-850-9122  AFTER 10/1/11
